Day 1: Arrival in Hanoi

After arriving at Noi Bai International Airport, get in touch with the tour operator and check-in to the hotel in Hanoi.

Hanoi being the capital of Vietnam has a lot of popular tourist attractions and many tourists come here to get to know the local culture and enjoy the scenic beauty of the city. It has various monuments depicting French architecture which add charm to this place. Later, check-in to the hotel and enjoy the overnight stay.


Day 2: Hanoi to Ha Long Bay | Boat Cruise

Enjoy the breakfast at the hotel and proceed to Ha Long Bay to capture the scenic beauty of the ocean.

You can enjoy the 4-hour cruise at Ha Long Pier and get to see various islands. This Bay is situated in the Gulf of Tonkin and covers an area of 434 sq km. It is also a renowned UNESCO World Heritage Site since the year 1994.

On your cruise, you can explore many islands like the DauJgo and ThienCung Grotto Caves, Ga Choi, Dog Rock and Sail Islets. Some other popular attractions of this region are the Tuan Chau and DinhHuong Islands.

Get into the enchanting world of stalactites and stalagmites that was formed over a period of thousands of years at the Dau Go Cave. The rough and rugged walls of the cave are illuminated by multi-coloured lights, and they are also termed as Wooden stakes cave. ThienCung Grotto also termed as the Heavenly Cave is yet another amazing wonder in this bay. You will be surprised to know that the wind flowing through the cave creates an enthralling melodious sound. It is also said to be the venue for the grand wedding party of the princess of clouds and the Dragon King.

Another fascinating site for the local, as well as international tourists, is the Dog Rock Island, which got its name due to the dog-spaded rock which is seen at its foot. People consider this as the symbol of protection for the voyage of visitors.

You can also get to see the Ga Choi island which is in the shape of two fighting cocks and is often termed as Fighting Cock Island. Apart from that, you can also enjoy the Sail island which is in the form of the sail of a boat.

The 2.2SQ Km Tuan Chau island is filled with numerous beautiful pine trees and has many incredible man-made beaches.

As you cruise through the sea, you can also enjoy the sight of DinhHuong Islands. In the afternoon, you can have lunch at the boat cruise and later get into Hanoi city for the dinner and enjoy the overnight stay at the hotel.


Day 3: Sightseeing in Hanoi | Hanoi to Ho Chi Minh City

Enjoy the breakfast at the hotel and move ahead with your tour to see some of the most happening places in the city.

The tour begins with a visit to the Ho Chi Minh Museum, which gets its name from Ho Chi Minh, who was a revolutionary communist leader and also the former president of Vietnam. The museum is dedicated to the national hero and located inside the Ho Chi Minh complex along with other establishments. Other popular attractions of this place are the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum where the former leader's body is kept and Ho Chi Minh Stilt House where he resided from 1958 to 1969.

Later you can visit the 11th-century structure, One Pillar Pagoda which was built by King Ly Thai Long which is designed in such a way that it resembles a blossoming lotus. It was initially dedicated to the Buddhist Deity Avalokiteshvara.

After that, you can visit the Temple of Literature, which showcases the cultural heritage of the region established by Ly Thanh Tong. The site has five courtyards, temples, gardens and ponds. You can later proceed to HoanKiemLake, which is a heritage point and has various legends attached to its name. Not only that, but this is also well known for its scenic beauty and tourists come here to enjoy a quiet holiday.

You can further proceed to the sacred place of Ngoc Son Temple, which is situated on an islet in HoanKiem Lake. It is one of the most popular shrines of the city and temple was built in honour of General Tran Hung Dao who prevented the Mongols from invading Vietnam in the 13th Century. Later, you can enjoy the water puppet show and move ahead to Noi Bai International Airport to catch your flight to Ho Chi Minh City.

On arrival at Tan Son Nhat International Airport, check-in to the hotel. You can enjoy the evening at the local restaurant and finish your dinner. Afterwards, go back to your hotel and enjoy the overnight stay.


Day 4: Ho Chi Minh City – Cu Chi – China Town – Ho Chi Minh City

Ho Chi Minh City also known as Saigon is one of the most populated cities of Vietnam which is named after the former president of the nation. You can visit various establishments in this region and get to know more about the local heritage and culture.

After breakfast, enjoy the drive to Cu Chi, which is a network of tunnels dug by the communist guerrilla troops when they had to compete with the American Army, which was well equipped. These are included in the network of war memorial parks by the Vietnamese Government in 1975 as they played a significant role during the Vietnam War.

Later, you can go for shopping in the China Town. Saigon Square and Ben Thanh Market are some of the most famous shopping centresin this region.

After that, you can enjoy the dinner at the restaurant and move to the hotel in Ho Chi Minh City for the overnight stay.


Day 5: Chi Minh City to Phnom Penh

Have your breakfast at the hotel and proceed to Tan Son Nhat International Airport to catch your flight to Phnom Penh.

Phnom Penh is the capital city of Cambodia and also one of the largest cities of the country. It is also known as Pearl of Asia and situated at the confluence of the Bassac, Mekong and Tonle Sap Rivers. Apart from that, it is also known as the industrial and economic hub of Cambodia.

After reaching Phnom Penh International Airport, get in touch with the tour guide and check-in to the hotel.

Enjoy the rest of the day at the local restaurants which are well known for mouth-watering Indian delicacies.

Later, get back to the hotel and enjoy the overnight stay.


Day 6: Sightseeing in Phnom Penh | Phnom Penh to Siem Reap

After breakfast, proceed to explore the famous tourist attractions of the city.

Enjoy the picturesque beauty of the Royal Palace,which was built to serve as a royal residence in 1866. Now, it is home to the present King and Queen of Cambodia.

You can later get to see the National Museum, which is close to the Royal Palace. It has some rare collection of Khmer Sculptures that date back to the 4th century. This site which also has some bronze objects dating back to the 7th and 20th century was inaugurated in the year 1920.

After spending time at the museum, drive to the Siem Reap and enjoy some free time at the hotel. Siem Reap is one of the major tourist attractions of this region. The name Siem Reap means the defeat of Siam or Thailand.

Later in the evening, you can enjoy the dinner at an Indian restaurant and get back to the hotel for an overnight stay.


Day 7: Sightseeing in Angkor Thom

Enjoy the breakfast at the hotel and proceed to the city of Angkor Thom. Later, you will get to see Bayon Temple, Angkor Wat, Baphuon and Ta Prohm.

Established in the late 12th and early 13th centuries by King Jayavarman VII, the city of Angkor Thom which means the Great City is surrounded by 8 metre high walls. These walls protected the city from the enemies and the place also served as the capital of the Khmer Empire.

Another popular attraction of this place is the Bayon Temple built in the12th Century. It is famous for gigantic face sculptures on all the four sides, and people believed that Jayavarman VII saw himself as God King and ruled in the name of Lord Buddha.

Later, you can also visit the Baphuon Temple built in the 11thCentury, which is dedicated to Lord Shiva. The temple stands on a rectangular sandstone base and has many carvings and sculptures. You can also see the 70-metre long bas-relief of reclining Lord Buddha on the western side of the temple.

The Ta ProhmTemple, which was built in the 12th century, was originally called Rajavihara, and it is said that King Jayavarman VII constructed this temple to honour his family. The primary image of this shrine is a vague representation of his mother. It is also featured in some popular English movies like Lara Croft: Tomb Raider. Another unique thing about this temple is that it is mostly surrounded by jungle which gives it a mysterious aura.

Later in the afternoon, proceed to the famous Angkor Wat, which is one of the largest religious sites in the world. It was built in the honour of Hindu Deity Lord Vishnu and is one of the most prominent tourist attractions of the region.

After this, you can enjoy the delicious dinner at an Indian restaurant and move back to the hotel to enjoy the overnight stay.


Day 8: Departure from Siem Reap

Post breakfast, move to Siem Reap International Airport and board the flight for your onward journey.
