Day 1: Arrival in Hanoi

On reaching Noi Bai International Airport, get in touch with the travel agent and reach Ha Long city by road.

Ha Long, which is situated in the northern part of Vietnam, is divided into the eastern and western region, and a narrow channel of sea separates them. While a majority of popular tourist attractions are in the westernregion, you can find skyscrapers in the eastern region of the city. Many tourists come here to attend the annual Ha Long Carnival, which is the biggest festival in this region and celebrated in a grand way.

Later, check-in to the hotel and have a pleasant stay overnight.


Day 2: Hanoi to Ha Long Bay | Boat Cruise

Begin your day with a delicious breakfast at the hotel and proceed to have a lovely Boat Cruise (seat-in-coach basis) on Ha Long Bay, which lasts for 4 hours.

The bay which has over 1500 small limestone islands was formed over millions of years due to flooding and land erosion. The region is also covered with thick forests and is anideal location to spend a quiet holiday. You can enjoy the beautiful view of many cliffs and caves on the cruise.

Delicious seafood is served on the cruise. Once the cruise ends, you can reach Hanoi by road. Enjoy an overnight stay at the hotel on reaching the city.


Day 3: Sightseeing around Ha Long Bay | Ha Long Bay to Ho Chi Minh

Begin your sightseeing tour of Hanoi after having a tasty breakfast at the hotel.

You can visit the Temple of Literature, which dates back to 11th century which is dedicated to a 5th Century BC Chinese scholar by the name Confucius. The rectangular complex has beautifully constructed gates, water pools, gardens and five courtyards. A shrine is dedicated to Confucius and other notable scholars in the academic buildings of the complex.

Next, you can visit the Presidential Palace, which is a simple wooden structure of two floors and rooms that contain objects used by legendary Vietnamese Leader Ho Chi Minh, who lived in this place from 1958 to 1969. The palace was constructed between 1900 and 1906 and used to serve as the official residence of the French Governor of Vietnam.

The Presidential Palace is also well known as the One Pillar Pagoda, which is a small Buddhist temple that is situated on top of a circular stone pillar in the middle of a lotus-filled lake. The 11th-century temple also has a shrine Avalokiteshvara, which means the bodhisattva of passion.
After that, you can drive around the beautiful streets of Hanoi in an excellent electric car and take a walk through the Old Quarter, which is famous for selling local jewellery and various items of silk. The shopping centre is also famous for the exotic street food of Vietnam.

After finishing the city tour, board the flight to Hue at the Noi Bai International Airport.

Hue is situated on the Perfume River banks and very close to the coast. You can find a lot of Buddhist temples, tombs of emperors and the Imperial City, which are popular tourist attractions of this region. Hue was also the capital of Nguyen empire, and you can find many monuments related to those times in the city. Once you arrive in the city, check-in to the hotel and enjoy the overnight stay.


Day 4: Ho Chi Minh - Cu Chi – Ho Chi Minh

Have your breakfast at the hotel and make a move to ThuyBieu village.

ThuyBieu village is a secluded place which is about 7 km from the city and situated on the banks of river Perfume. Thick forests are surrounding the village, and the local people live in typically constructed Vietnamese-style houses. You can also take expert cooking tips from the local people and return to Hue to continue your tour.

Do not forget to visit the Imperial City, which is the biggest tourist attraction of this region. Emperor Nguyen PhucAhn built this place in 1804 which has numerous temples, gardens, courtyards, palaces and other monumental structures. Right now only about ten structures are in good condition as the place was severely bombed during the Vietnam War.

Afterwards, you can return to the hotel and enjoy your overnight stay.


Day 5: Ho Chi Minh City to Phnom Penh

Finish your breakfast at the hotel and check-out. Later you can visit the Tomb of KhaiDinh, which is a long rectangular complex having numerous buildings on top of series of stepped terraces. KhaiDinh was the 12th Emperor of the Nguyen dynasty, and you can find stone sculptures of the king and other high-ranking courtiers along with guards in the stairways and passages of the complex. Later proceed to Da Nang for sightseeing and reach Hoi An by road.

Da Nang is now an important port city which was founded in 192 AD under the Champa Kingdom. It is home to numerous tall buildings, and you can see the cityscape illuminated by multi-coloured lights during the night time. Various tourist attractions of this region include the Hindu cave temples in Marble Mountains and the Museum of Cham sculptures and the military museum. You can also visit the beaches in this place.

After finishing your sightseeing at Da Nang, proceed to Hoi An.

Hoi An was a prominent trading port of Southeast Asia in the 15th and 16th centuries. It is a small beach city with a mix of various cultures including Chinese, Japanese, European and Vietnamese cultures. It has garnered a place in the UNESCO World Heritage List and numerous tourists who visit this place enjoy the beaches and visit museums which showcase the rich culture of the region.

Later, check-in to the hotel and have a pleasant overnight stay.


Day 6: Sightseeing in Phnom Penh | Phnom Penh to Siem Reap

Enjoy your breakfast at the hotel and take a tour of Hon An and checkout the famous tourist attractions of that place.

Post admiring the city and learning about its culture, travel to Da Nang International Airport by road and board the flight to Saigon, which is also known as Ho Chi Minh City, is the largest urban area in Vietnam. Its subtropical location keeps the weather warm and humid with heavy rainfall during the monsoon season. The city has some museums, theatres, iconic government buildings, zoos, pagoda-style Buddhist temples, theme parks and public parks.

Later, get back to the hotel and enjoy the overnight stay.


Day 7: Sightseeing in Siem Reap

Post a nice breakfast at the hotel, begin your sightseeing tour and visit some prominent sites of Saigon.

Later, move to the Tan Son Nhat International Airport and travel to India.


Day 8: Departure from India

Enjoy your breakfast and checkout from the hotel. Get to the Siem Reap International Airport to board your return flight.
